Well. That. Was. Quite. Tricky. Go ahead and don’t workout for a few weeks and see just were you end up. Holy cow. I didn’t realize I lost as much as I had. I begin running, then jogging, then walking/crawling my way to 3.1 miles. It only took me 48:10 mins. Hahahaha. Yup. That is all I got!

Again today I packed my gym bag early this morning, there might be a slight hornets nest problem to tackle before I’m sailing on the treadmill. I WILL GET TO THE MILL TODAY!

I feel emotionally amazing these days, but not so much physically amazing. This I’m working on 🙂 Baby steps.. right?
