100% successful. I know overnight oats have been all over the blog world lately. I have made a few batches here and there but have never made a batch this good. So I had to share!

Pumpkin Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
  • 3/4 almond milk
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin

1. Mix oats, seeds and spices.

2. Add in milk, nectar and pumpkin.

3. Put in fridge uncovered till morning.

(next morning)

4. Jump out of bed so excited to see what is in the fridge!

This by far, was the best batch EVER!
